Biography

I’ve been a certified life and health coach for 4 years helping other disable individuals to be empowered to live as their healthiest and purposeful lives. My search for holistic wellness was sparked by my own journey overcoming a spinal cord injury from a car accident. Living as a paraplegic for 23 years have given me unique insight experience to relate with the struggles that comes with physical trauma. My coaching approach are composed with a unique blend of mental and physical wellness that fits my clients specific goals.

The individual will experience gradual habit shifts, goal oriented road maps, cognitive behavioral techniques, informative healthy benefits and personal growth as they work with me. The goal is to harmonize the body and mind to optimize their welfare. Clients have describe my sessions “transformative“ and “a break through.” I believe the most impactful work you’ll ever do is to work on yourself. Apart, from coaching I enjoyed traveling to different countries with my teenage daughter, relaxing by the beach and reading a good book by the fire.
