Peer Mentor and Events Coordinator

Mayari is a professional rooted in commercial lending, finance, and mentorship, where she blends her keen financial acumen with a deep commitment to authenticity and empowerment, both professionally and personally. In her role at Recon Chief, she navigates the intricacies of all hands on deck, helping on the business aspect of the organization while focused to help find the right pathways to grow and thrive. Currently, Mayari is working on her Vet-to-Peer certification to better serve and inspire the community. In the interim she continues her role as a peer mentor, serving all communities, by walking alongside them to help them reach within to heal and combat their struggles to rise and thrive.

She also dedicates her expertise as a Market Partner, an affiliate for Monat, where she helps others discover products and develop confidence in their personal care journeys. Still new in this endeavor and ready to walk the path and see it through.

Mayari is an empath who values both history, tradition and innovation, while using the inspiration in the stories of the past to empower others in the present.
