Our History
Tribe Rising was launched in September 2024 by Maila Rito, born and raised in the Philippines and now calling Oregon home.
What began as a small partnership with MONAT quickly grew into something far greater — a movement.
As Maila mentored women from around the world, she saw the deep need for spaces where women could heal, grow, and rise beyond limitation.
After hosting Tribe Rising’s first retreat in June 2025, it became clear — this wasn’t just a business; it was a sisterhood.
Today, Tribe Rising unites women from every culture who are ready to break barriers, rise in leadership, and create legacies that last.
